As a founding engineer at Luzidos, I architected and built the complete production stack from scratch, scaling the company from $0 to six-figures in ARR. I owned the entire technical journey: backend architecture, CI/CD across AWS/GCP/Azure, custom RAG implementation with embeddings, and enterprise customer success.

• Led enterprise pilot with 200+ employee company, working directly with C-suite executives
• Shipped 850+ commits representing 45% of production codebase across multiple microservices
• Refactored retrieval system with custom embeddings, dramatically improving recall and precision
• Built Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to enhance in-house retrieval capabilities
